Job Description:

The Continuous Improvement Champion will be responsible for leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the company. This role will work closely with all departments to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to address them, and implement solutions that enhance overall performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work safely at all times.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.

  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify waste and inefficiencies.

  • Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement concepts and tools.

  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of improvement efforts.

  • Collaborate with management to integrate continuous improvement into the company culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

  • Proven experience in a continuous improvement role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
